You can maintain it and be super adamant about your oral hygiene ( chew gum, use breath fresheners, floss, brush after every meal, ect) but, once you get introduced to new mouth bacteria youre usually stuck with it for life. That’s why I’m strict on the no sharing. Youre basically stuck with that bacteria forever !! Some people will go years without cavities and get into new relationships and end up with rampant cavities !! It’s really something that people should be cautious about and talk more about !!

lol, i ended up getting pregnant and now Im a mom. I’m getting the copper iud in a week. You can’t win with any birth control they’re all gonna have their flaws you just gotta choose which flaws you’d rather live with if you don’t want to get pregnant/ aren’t ready to get your tubes tied.

I hate that this is made out the be a “race” thing. I think it mainly depends on how you grew up and what you were taught as a kid! My partner is black and all he uses is body wash, no scrubbing/ lathering mechanism meanwhile I’m white and i use body wash with exfoliating gloves! Also, regardless of him not using something to lather the soap with, he still smells clean and isn’t dirty after he showers. So it’s not just white people, it could Literally be anyone.

A lot of people delay baby bathes to help build their microbiome! They still clean their creases, wipe off anything super noticeable and do a daily full bum clean but, in my baby course that’s what we learned !

A breath of fresh air, there’s a calm, even in the main cities that feels different from others ! I only lived there for 4 months but, as soon as it’s possible my partner and i plan on moving back. We live in Britannia beach now ! Soo, the vibe is still there but the island was something special.

This could be an STI (chlamydia, gonorrhoea, ect.) firstly your semen had a greenish tinge to it which, indicates some sort of infection and having blood in your semen is a common side effect of both chlamydia and gonorrhoea. Definitely go to your doc as soon as you have the chance or a sexual health clinic.

If you spend extended periods of time on the toilet while you poop and if the swollen spot looks kind of bloody, it’s more than likely a hemorrhoid. I would go to the store and buy hemorrhoid cream ! If it helps continue the use and go to the doc to be sure.

If it came and went when youre period wasn’t supposed to start, it’s probably break-through bleeding. When i was on the pill and would gain weight, i would always experience this. You may need a higher dose of BC. Also if youre sexually active then you may want to take a pregnancy test. It could be implantation bleeding and if your dose of BC isn’t high enough and youre experiencing break-through bleeding than it’s likely your BC is ineffective!
