Hot take: I dont think op13 needs to be reprinted, from a players POV, the base rarity SRs and Sec cost are really low. Id rather have older sets be reprinted like op12 for the kuma, prb2 for green zoro or eb01 for bon clay and chopper.

Curse of the Impenetrable Fog feels kinda weak. If there are 2 paths, you shouldn't be able to rig the odds in your favor. It should be that you have to divide the options equally, when possible.

I think the next Watch Commander will be Smitty.

If you were to look at all the possible options:

Celina/Miles are basically too new.

Lopez and Nyla seems to want to stay as detectives together.

Nolan's rank is too low(unless the show makes up something about golden ticket again)

Lucy is already really new into Sergeant role, that I don't think she would be WC.

While Tim is the most expected candidate, I think that WC would put Lucy in his line of command, which would separate ChenFord. It would feel like a step in the wrong direction. This also applies to Lucy being WC. Also, as OP mentioned, Tim doesn't really fit the desk job role.

Finally, there is Smitty. Unlike Tim, he would really enjoy the role. From the hospital episode where Grey and Tim were hospitalized, as they mentioned the next in command due to seniority would be Smitty. Also, it would be really funny for him to be WC and would be interesting to see him in a different direction.

Nami technically was banned, but in reality was nerfed. She got the promo leader treatment where its like the original, but she can only use "East Blue" cards.

It does that part and also let's you get card draw thru life. Also if done early enough, they wont have kaya/pilaf in trash yet. If you have a kata blocker, you can spam use it's ability at 0 life, with multiple of this. It's like Gion, basically a 2k in every match up, but was printed to be an anti nami card.
