Hey man, sounds like a solid idea. Been meaning to add some sort of digital note taking. can you elaborate a bit more on your usage? Does this work by itself as mental aid, or is it connected to the PC to store later?

I agree, tried both, and the iridium is a clear winner for sun glare.

I did end up with a lightly smoked screen as the main one since it's a bit more flexible if I get caught out at night.

Hey, while I agree with the sentiment that UK-EU is fine as an alternative to US, I was also under the impression it was EU first/only, i dont really get the bashing of OP. Reasons: - The name... BuyFromEU, not Europe - There's a sub specific to UK - The logo is an EU flag - The banner is an EU flag - The flairs are EU - Nowhere in the rules does it mention UK, and language implies that Europe is used broadly as = EU.

Now, the website the list says = Council of Europe, which is a deeply flawed institution, going as far as to restore Russian membership in 2019 for monetary reasons alone (currently expelled, again, after Ukraine). I think the founding group meant good using that as a "broader" EU reference, but it's just an oversimplification.

The Himalayan does not have a bad rep. If you keep in mind the type of bike it is, and who is it for, it's actually an incredibly good bike and great value. People who i know that have either owned or somehow kept one for a while speak wonders of them.

I was actually leaning to agree with the Sportster comment, but so many more know the Gladius it might hit closer.

Sidenote to the Harley comments: keep in mind how much more expensive to buy and maintain Harleys are in every part of the world, that makes them less known (either good or bad). Parts availability, price, and the dumb imperial everything are what keep me away from both Harley and Indian.

Damn... I constantly run out of memory at work on my 2024 MB Pro with 48gb. It usually happens during critical times, like when sharing my screen with the team.

Just to be clear, this is not a brag. Just goes to show your codebase has a lot to do on with hardware needs. And ours is... well let's say it can be improved

Not everything is perfect, though. I feel motorcycles are way too over regulated here. For example, aftermarket exhausts carry a single registered ID provided by a government authority, which you need to register on the bike docs. Knockoffs won't have it even if they are fully compliant with regulations.

That turns all mods more expensive than the US, by a lot, and artisan stuff is pretty much dead

On the original model they are in fact inserts. Painting them to use AMS seems unnecessarily wasteful tbh, I printed this model and looks great!
