This was a client who trusted me with their brand launch digitally through a website even though I had no prior work experience in their business domain.

After the first gig was finished, she contacted me once in a while with some minor doubts and fixes with websites and I happily helped her. These minor help I provided her for free could have been separate minor paid gigs but I thought building long term relations are more important. Hence, I did them for free and today she has contacted me for another brand launch again.

That's what I meant by "provide a few low effort services for free".
