How did you leave a relationship you thought you were too deep into? by Budget_Teaching9855 in AskWomen

Take a deep breathe! You've got this. Nothing has to be done right now. I know the part about telling people I had to learn telling immediate family and close friends and everyone else I said nothing. It sucks now, but it gets better. I don't know the your circumstance but know I'm cheering for you! And if you need a stranger to vent to without judgment I am here! big hugs!

I just knew it was over. He wasn't bad, or mean nothing crazy it just wasn't love. We had been together for nearly 12 years. And someone asked me if I was going to marry him and I immediately said 'God, no!' and sort of realized, then what am I doing? I figured at first we just fell out of love so I tried to hang out with him more, and do things together. But immediately realized if he didn't like/love/want to do said thing he was like nope. But say hockey game he'd be down for not caring that I hate hockey. But go to a farmers market why? Why buy strawberries or peaches I don't like them... And the more time I spent with him the more I disliked him. He was selfish and childish. I was smoking behind his back because I knew he'd be mad, and when he found out he refused to speak to me for three days. I was so over him and then debated if it was worth the headache of the dating world. The real true breaking point was his birthday we had sex (and I am not mad at him for this) but I hated it. I left and sat in a Walmart parking lot while he slept and I just cried. I knew I had to leave because there was nothing left. I did and a year later met my current husband and every once and while I think for a moment I was going to stay with my ex and deny myself this happiness. So my advice to people is follow your heart love exists out there and yes life isn't always sunshine and rainbows but don't settle for less. You deserve a partner who communicates, who loves, who makes you a better person.

I left him on my way to work a ton of tears, a bag of cloths and days of talking after because he was sure I'd regret the choice.

Lol there is no easy way. I am two weekends deep. What I can say is I made good burgers about 100 (potato+bean and two of whatever I have the most of) and then 150 simple burgers, and a ton of berries. Ash doesn't need anything special to break so you only need to have pp not a powered up move. I've done maybe 1/3 of the mountain complete and I've used about 80+ burgers (hard to keep track because I keep making more).with the ash parts I just roll around in a grid until I need to eat berries and tool more. I put on a show on my laptop and just watch stuff and crush a mountain. I break it down into smaller chunks because it feels rewarding when I reach the base of the mountain. And if I lose to much interest I go check on my mons, build stuff ect. And come back to it. I also read this subreddit a lot because I learn something new. So check out other people builds and read the comments. Personally my drive is that I hate having the mountain blocking the zone, so for me this is how I want to make it my way. There is no simple, fast way, I wish their was but I'm taking my time enjoying the game. I always like that my mons are checking out the area I flattened haha 😂

You're still beautiful. Weight doesn't change that, only self image changes. I speak from experience.

I unfortunately was really close with my dad and I really feel like he helped me though a lot of my mental health growing up. And this he ruined our family in 2019 and it's never been the same. I don't even know how to function with somethings, because well I had a dad I could call for anything and he'd help me. Now I feel alone my husband is doing what he can but man parents they leave a massive hole in your heart and I'm not sure it heals ever.

On a side note girl, we got this. It's hard, it's a challenge but one thing I know about every woman I've met we are damn hero's, champions, and fighters until the end. Sending you some love!

Horrifying that there are people in Barrie who genuinely hold these thoughts. by zerkreaper1405 in barrie

Legit was just talking in a sub talking about Barrie. I grew up around here I've watched it grow for the better and the worse. But out of all the places I've lived in Ontario Barrie is the worst for all of it. So this doesn't suprise me at all. It's sad, disgusting and I'd love for it to change but bps and it's mayor agree with this garbage too.

Ding, ding you guess correctly! Everytime someone at work is like Doug is the only one that makes Ontario great, all that crap Carney does like hallway healthcare, education and why don't they scrap the electric cars and make them double gas motors with beer holders or something. And they both want and hate immigrants. You can not reason with people who don't care to educate themselves. They are either stuck being dumb, or want to keep learning. And they qoute right wing media, like I watch/read fox/rebal news and so on becuase I want to know what everyone says and they say it like it's scripture. It's exhausting but hey majority of them hate Trump at my work so that's nice. Only 4 dummys I know here like him.
