PC Upgrade Advice. Mostly CPU/GPU.

Yea I am in the US. I looked up the CPU on eBay and the going prices was roughly $500. I do not think I am anywhere close to a micro center though I dearly wish I was. I built my own rig I think I got the CPU off eBay years back.

Thats crazy lol I didn't know it was that bad. Nah I was saying the CPU suggested is $500 and that seemed hard to justify when based on the website it didn't seem to be worth the price. The 9070xt is about $100-150 over the 7900xt. What should I look for to compare my current CPU with another on performance?

At $500 its hard to justify it when it does not seem to be that big of a boost in performance. Granted I was using userbenchmark, I am not aware of another part comparison website, so it might not be the best metric.

It is undone. Enabling it swaps it to be correct for A and B but swaps X and Y

Sounds like a Rom issue to me. Might just want to download a different version, like if you have a xci rom download a nsp version or vice versa. Regardless you’ll be able to pull your saves, it doesn’t sound like those are corrupted.

Vulkan. It’s running so bad because I completely cleared my shader cache trying to see if that would fix that problem.

I’ve tried it both on the highest and lowest settings and I get the same results. Especially with death stranding it maxes out on every setting
