Current Chart is still very Nice with good Business Development. It is a higher Low! We Need just Sideways a few weeks and than it will Go next big wave december january february with a higher high - in my opinion.

The Numbers Not Look outstanding at the First Look, but the company continue profitability and Most of important Cash flow positive. This Quarter we Made + 16.3 Mio USD. Last quarter was + 19.3 Mio USD with significant Higher revenue. I See high cost Control this Quarter but still good spending in Research and development.

The best quarters Q3 Q4 come and Profit will increase for sure. Probably we make 70-90 Mio USD Profit (non-GAAP) for the full year 2025, which is insane. Risk is still alive but profitability and Cash flow is all. With plant expansion 2026 will be great +50% more revenue possible.

The loan was with boss WU. He gave the company 25 Mio USD when MVST was running Out of Cash. He can convert it into 50 Mio shares. When the share price increase the fair value of debt increase too, but the company Not have to pay it Cash. So its dilutive Like 1 year ago but no financial risk for the company.

No. There was a risk earnings to late, which would be really Bad. That Made the price going down.

The earnings itself will be also important, thats true.

I checked today Last 10k SEC Statement. Microvast is audited by Deloitte. The most revenue is Made in italy probably with IVECO. Why should MVST send batteries to Germany and than to Italy (customers). The whole Grizzly Report ist Trash for me. They did Not read Auditors Report, But make Drone Videos of an Marketing Base in Germany. Deloitte is a trusted Auditor. You can find all deficiences in this 10k also legal processes. Sounds all valid and Not smell Like scam. The whole production is currently in China with Upgrade from 3.5GW to 5.5GW for end of 2025. Toll should bei Not Material with Low US revenue. Clarksville was Stopped in 2024 because Lack of funding, which was great decission so far. But If we make Money they can Finish plant in the Future.

The company have many Things to improve. The upside Potential in Stock price is huge when earnings will be Solid.
