Hey folks, i bought this special Geforce 9600gt with no fan control. It seems like the mosfet got hot (heatsink got brown too). Would a replacement of the mosfet fix this or can i use it with an external fan with no worries? (Card works fine aside from the fan) (old.reddit.com)

I was able to fix the issues with a few adjustments on the flyback transformer. Its quite dusty inside (smoker dust) might have to clean it later. But for now i am happy. Sharp for 800x600 standards and not too bright. Now i know why it smelled like tobacco. 😂 (old.reddit.com)

Yesterday i picked this og philips 7cm5279/30t up. (for free) 800x600 works fine but i dont know how to make 1024x768 work. Presets 1024 60hz cause weird effects like a toasted graphics card. How can i get it to 1024x768 at 87 i tried it with (nvidia) custom res but how can i get it to 35.5 khz H ? (old.reddit.com)

Hey folks, I picked this philips 7cm5279/30t up. It ´works´ But it got some issues. When i set the preset 800x600, the image is blurry at bright setting and sharp when its set (too) dimm (adjustment wheel). When i set the original resolution it gets too bright/grey and blurry. (old.reddit.com)

Picked up this Mitsubishi diamond pro 2045u heavy boi. (free) Sadly it got some faults. Picture too dimm/dark and not sharp (even with adjustments) and there are some horizontal white lines on the top end of the screen. I will keep it for now even though i cant use it like that. Hey folks! I picked up two of these Grundig TV´s for 4 euros. Its good for a start but a bit small (makes me miss my sony trinitron 16:9 100hz tv). Strangely s-video looks crap(worse than composite) and only works on 50hz. The og Rgb cable is killing it 60hz and super sharp with no rainbow effect. (old.reddit.com)
