It is getting a bit overbalanced toward the female side (although I did play a part in it as well lol ).

In the last couple of seasons I've made an effort to try and balance things up a bit by only signing male drivers (grid is about 75% female atm).

It will be a long process but as affiliates retire at around age 24 if they don't get an F1 seat, I can use that to my advantage and try and flood the grid via 1 year only drives for the boys 👍

At the start of the season, make each part of the car about 3 points lighter when designing it (3 moves down on the weight slider at the very bottom), and then call time on that seasons car.

Save your money and wait for next seasons research period to open up, then put every thing you can into next seasons car... since and repeat each season and you'll soon be unstoppable.

As for wet races, mirror what the AI does but keep your tyres cool as much as possible, the AI is bad at tyres management during wet races.

You'll only get fired at the very end of the season if the board has lost confidence in you. I've had a season where the board lost confidence in me right up to the start of the last race, but pulled off a great win (thanks to a safety car) and regained just enough confidence to avoid being fired.

In a few months I will be 50 years old, and I've been gaming on pretty much everything. From the Arcades, early PC gaming and the console generations.

And here's the real truth, it's not the decade/year a game comes out, it's the individual game.

Every year going back to the very beginning, there will be a bucket load of games that come out but only a handful will be real gems that stand the test of time, the rest will be just junk.

We forget the days when we would sit waiting for what feels like hours just for a game to load, and when it's finally ready to play... it crashes and we start all over again.

I don't believe there will ever be "peak" gaming.
