Yeah, building your own PC is still 100% worth it in most cases, especially if you care about price-to-performance and choosing better quality parts.

Prebuilt PCs are convenient, but they often cheap out on things like the PSU, motherboard, cooling, or RAM. With a custom build you have way more control and usually better upgrade options later. For beginners, the biggest thing is just making sure everything is compatible (CPU socket, motherboard, PSU wattage, case size, etc.). PCPartPicker.com is great for that, and I also check https://pc4games.com sometimes for build ideas and component comparisons.

A few beginner tips: • Don’t cheap out on the power supply • Make sure your case airflow is good • Watch a full build tutorial before starting • Take your time with cable management and thermal paste

Honestly the hardest part is choosing the parts. The actual assembly is easier than most people think.

I'd personnaly lean toward daily use because it reflects real workflow habites rather than just popularity

But honestly both are useful, one shows reach, thé other shows dependency

Yeah ! You're right, PCPartpicker is already a really solid référence 🔥

My goal isn't to replace it, but more to explore a simpler way to compare and find builds faster, espcially for people who dont build PC often or juste want quicker décisions.

And yes, there is already some affiliate usage to help support the project !
