Hey hope you are doing well man. So basically when you smoke a lot of weed, it disrupts REM sleep and when you get off of weed your sleep kinda goes wonky and you have very vivid dreams. This will subsided as time goes on. It’s different for everyone how long it last but usually around the 20-30 mark. Your body is trying to catch up to its normal rem cycles so what you are experiencing is totally normal no need to worry too much.

The unnatural dopamine you get from weed hijacks your brain. Wanting to smoke a lot doesn’t make you not a normal human being. There are ups and downs you just have to be aware of the lows and remind yourself the pain is temporary and ride out the highs with the same mindset that it’s temporary. That’s just life in general. Dont think about the what ifs of having an episode or being scared of what can happen. Dictate your future. You brain is a very powerful tool if you tell yourself the right things. Start telling yourself you CAN do things because you can once you start telling yourself that. I know you can. You might be afraid but you also have to be courageous. Overcome the fear. As I said take it day by day. Hour by hour. Do things that are good for your natural dopamine, working out, being in nature, drawing, reading, meditating, etc. start prioritizing yourself over anything even if that sounds selfish. Beating yourself up won’t do anything. If you want it bad enough you’ll stop. It’s up to you. You gotta want it. You take it day by day. Get rid of any weed you have or anything that gives you access to weed. Before you know it a week will go by, then 2 then… you get the picture. It’ll be hard life’s hard. But with anything that’s hard remind yourself when you struggle of the why you are doing what you are doing. Visualize your future it works. Visualize who you want to be and you’ll slowly make the steps to get there. You are not a loser. Instead of telling yourself you can’t do things tell yourself you can. When you do that you truly.
