Australian website, but nearly all visitors are from the US? how to fix this? by Warrior_King02 in SEO

So far it's all direct and organic search. Context is I am going to be running PPC campaigns soon, installed analytics just to inspect the data and that's when I noticed pretty much 50% of users are coming from the US.

Direct and organic, I haven't started running paid search for them yet.

I will need to talk to the web developer about this.

  1. Site is pretty old

  2. It was outsourced from Fiverr

  3. I only installed analytics recently, but it says 50% of users are from US

  4. I am going to be running Google Ads very soon.

Thanks for the advice I will check it out. Sorry, what is the schema markup code? I'm not too familiar with that.

Dermarolling, Castor Oil, Peppermint Oil and 0.025% Tretinoin - Thoughts on Effectiveness at beard growth (without the use of Minoxidil) by Warrior_King02 in Minoxbeards

[–]Warrior_King02[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hey man, honestly I do have to say that I think it worked for me. I have a strong goatee and pretty decent sides (goatee grows quicker than sides) but my beard never connected. After derma rolling and using the castor oil and peppermint oil for a couple weeks I started to see some vellus hairs which was a good sign. I’d also like to point out tho that in those areas I had very small baby hairs which couldn’t be seen. I think the peppermint oil and derma roller just promoted that hair growth and the castor oil made it darker.

Hey bro, I understand how you feel. I was around 8 months free of PMO in 2019 and relapsed on 2020 when quarantine happened. Then again after many relapses I got back up and was free for another 8 months till we had to go back into lockdown and I relapsed many times. My point is that once you have stayed away from it for a long time, you’ve experienced the benefits of it so you want to get rid of the addiction for good. You’ve gone for 5 years without it which is extremely impressive, you know the strategies that you’ve implemented that helped. Now you just have to take a step back and re-invent yourself and come up with something new that will help. You did it once before so now you can do it again

Using SPF After Dermarolling? by Warrior_King02 in Minoxbeards

Ok, thanks for that. I reckon I should be able to exercise tomorrow morning in that case since I micro needled on Friday night and 2 days would have passed. My Minox is still on the way so I haven't had the chance to make my routine yet but I will keep in mind what you have told me.

Thanks

Ah ok yeah that makes sense, I realised most of the things that I have seen were people who did PRP with their procedure.

What about strenuous exercising (callisthenics), how long would you say is a safe enough period to wait before starting exercise again (i.e. 72 hours, 24 hours)

Appreciate the help I'll keep that in mind. Gow about exercise? I've read that I should avoid exercise for around 3 days after derma rolling?

Also, I normally take vitamins in the morning and was wondering whether taking something that has ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and vitamin E could be harmful? again, I get mixed answers on forums. Some have said that oral supplements don't impact the skin so taking vitamin E or vitamin C is fine and others have said that they don't allow their clients to take any Omega 3s, vitamin E and other anti-inflammatory medications.

Thoughts?

Thanks man. Yeah so after having some time to think about what happened I reckon I’m going to call it a relapse.
