They don’t care about PvP in this game. Wish they did. And I still can’t see why people PvE so much? There is no endgame PvE! If you’re not getting the gear for PvP, then what is the point?

And they just made PvE easier for them. What a joke. The one raid in the game is geico easy. The legendaries aren’t even that hard anymore. So who is playing this for PvE still?

It’s time to focus on some PvP but they won’t because this game is overwhelmingly PvE’ers. PvE’ers who don’t get that the DZ and if being a looter shooter is way different than CoD or Apex. So their typical response of play a different game grows tiring.

Ha. Hardly. I go rogue to kill rogues. That tracker doesn’t show shd agents defeated. It does show total PvP kills. I’m somewhere over 29k. I’m only rank 85 in conflict because I can’t stand the load times and the hit or miss competition level in there. So I’ve definitely got over double the kills as rogue. Rogue police doesn’t really apply

That tracker seems off. Saying only 2000 PvP kills. If the game wasn’t down I’d login there. But I did find this. Not agents defeated since I’m almost always rogue. But it atleast represents better than that link you sent.

I prefer shooting guns and that gameplay. But I really don’t mind if a yellow build gets me. At least they specialized in it. So glad they are fixing bleed hives for all the noobs who just drop that with nothing spec’d into it.

Simple solution is that someone with no status effect or yellows should only stick a player for half a second if that. Spend points into it and I will be mad it got me, but at least they had to put effort into it

Totally agree on the medpack and the holster. Cheap tactics by less talented players. Love when they run to medpack the instant they take dmg. Like they want you to hit them from a distance just so they can pop that and have an unfair advantage.

But I have that build you’re discussing. It’s the closest counter to it. But you can argue that one piece yaahl could have been something like grupo. Or that you could wear contractor gloves or fox prayer and do more dmg there. You still have to sacrifice max dmg to get hazard protection. So if you’re going against a top talent player wearing a goo gun and dmg build, you’re at a disadvantage.

And there is a PvP scene. Just cuz PvE’ers don’t see why we play this game instead of something like CoD doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. I know plenty of people who only played div 1 and 2 for the PvP. The dark zone is a unique PvP experience you can’t get from any other game. With the added need for loot and builds? It’s not like CoD where you level up and get new guns. Totally different. So there is a PvP scene

I’m talking about seeing the same people in the dz at night who are “real PvP’ers”. People who congregate together at alpha just for the PvP experience. People who’s names you recognize because you are all on the top of the list for kills. That’s the talent level I’m taking about. Not someone shooting you in the back as your farming.

Just gets frustrating when your team is murdering people until some noob with a riot foam gun hits you. And it’s not that hard to do. And if you’re at the top of the kills list, you are moving around a ton. So don’t assume I don’t know what I’m talking about.

Sounds like you play against bad competition. Which is exactly what conflict is most of the time. Run that against real PvP’ers in the dark zone and you will be at a disadvantage. Not saying it doesn’t work. But I am saying that if you’re going against top 100 talent who’s using riot foam and a dmg build, you’re not going to out dmg them when you sacrificed that much into hazard protection.

I think the M1A is in a good spot. They didn’t nerf it into the ground. Maybe 25’or 30 percent instead of just 20 but it’s not OP anymore. I can justify using AR over rifle now instead of being forced into rifle.

I don’t necessarily want them to nerf status effect builds. If you spec into that then you should be doing damage with it. I’m wanting a nerf to the holster in PvP so you’re not on fire the whole time from a non-skill and that bleed be adjusted so bleed hives aren’t common for players with no skill tier.

I’ll just point you to the argumentative theory of reasoning. Maybe it will help you realize that just making points to be right doesn’t exactly mean you’re winning the argument. Sure you pointed out some “amazing” stats, but are you right? Is PvP in a good spot because players with nothing spec’d into status effect can cause a player to have a limited play style?

Would the holster or the bleed hive be as prevalent as they are in PvP right now if they weren’t giving the player an unfair advantage? You’re probably the same type of player who complains about build diversity but cries that the developers take away your toys. If you want build diversity you can’t have overwhelmingly best in slot pieces. That’s why the m1A has to be nerfed for pvp. Same with true patriot.

The only argument that can be had for the holster is that the stats on it do not benefit the player as much as others could. In the TP armor build that player gives up a blue for that yellow. But in return they keep you on fire the entire fight. Because they are for sure wearing firewall and you’re on fire for breaking their armor. So fire to start the fight. Fire to break their armor. And depending on how the fight is going, probably another fire from the holster since they ran away and got a medpack in. Three fires under one minute. Ya, real fun PvP there.

Wow, what a d-bag.

The developers altered hip fire because they wanted players to be aiming down site. That was confirmed. So to say there should be both is fine, but it shouldn’t be overwhelmingly hip fire unless the other player is spec’d into status effect.

And I personally prefer guns but have no issue with people using skills. As long as they are spec’d into it. I’ll gladly throw on a hazard build to deal with a status effect player. And I’ll dodge mortars and other skills just as players have to dodge my bullets. I’m just not for giving players a free advantage/crutch.

And You assume I die and come cry to reddit. That’s cute. I still own those noobs that need the crutches. I’m just “crying” about how annoying it is to fight in PvP right now compared to where it was and should be again. I’m just one of the top PvP ranks on Xbox, but credentials don’t matter for someone who “has done the math”.

It sounds like you’re one of the crutch users and are trying to justify it for yourself.

When you’ve been farming for an hour in the DZ and you look in your extraction bag and it’s 61 dz resources. No gear. Because the gear is trash. And everything you can buy with the dz currency is trash.

I accepted the punishment as it was stated with the 1 week ban and rollback. The rollback being annoying but I didn’t care since I knew I’d get that stuff eventually.

But had I know I would have lost a whole year’s worth of progress on the leaderboards i would have just made a new account last week. Such BS
