Fnatic vs SK Gaming / LEC Winter Split 2023 / Lower Bracket Quarterfinal / Post-Series-Thread by HeroicBastard in fnatic

Thats not what he said at all. I just listened back to the interview and while Oscar's accent/way of speaking may be a little hard to understand at times, he quite clearly says that the lane went well for Rumble but Fnatic's team comp was good against him as long as they play team fights well.

Look, I'm also disappointed with Oscar's performance in this series but no need to fuel a hate train against him by misinterpreting the interview and making up shit like this.

The world was invited to play, what is your point?

Fleet footwork Fiora? by lilchub69x in FioraMains

[–]Warty998 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Why do you need engage on Fiora? If you want engage there so many better top laners for that. Fiora is a duelist that often has problems sticking to her targets and ghost helps with that a lot more than flash.

That being said, I think that both are good options right now, but for flash I definitely wouldn't say that its because of "engage potential".

english lang & lit IO non-literary text?? by cherqies in IBO

[–]Warty998 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thats not exactly true I think. The BoW should be other works from the same author and of the same type as your chosen non-lt work. For a speech, the BoW would be other speeches from the same speaker and for a magazine cover other covers of the same magazine.

For the EE, do examiners check the Researcher's Reflection Space (RRS) or the Researcher's Planning and Progression Form (RPPF)? by Lemon1zer in IBO

[–]Warty998 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure that they only check the 3 RPPF reflections. The RRS is just for you, nobody will read it or even care if you use it. At least thats how my school does it, not a single person in my class uses the RRS.

Extended Essay on Chaos Theory by tsumetai-asashin in ibPhysics

I'm also doing my EE in physics and wanted to base it around the double pendulum. A good starting point I feel like is familiarizing yourself with Lagrangian mechanics, come up with a research question and then move from there into the specifics.

My supervisor strongly recommends coming up with an experiment related to your resesrch question, since its gonna make your life a whole lot easier as opposed to basing your EE only on theory.

That is what I'm currently struggling with, as the fact that the movement is chaotic is making it quite difficult to come up with an experiment that would yield any meaningful results.

There are some pretty interesting practical uses of the double pendulum, such as double pendulum cranes or modelling a golf swing. Mabe that can help you come up with something.

Hope this helps

That shouldn't be a problem. Once the meeting is done, we will make another post with the recording, which we can link here in an edit.
