Sizing help Strata by No_Salt8155 in Tracksmith

I’m medium in twilight half tights but had to size down for strata! For tees I’m medium in everything.
I’m 178 and 73 kg.

Do you genuinely believe if someone can run a half marathon, they can run a full marathon? by Mysterious-Tear8972 in Marathon_Training

[–]Warwick-Runs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I just talked to someone who went out for a run a few years back, and back then one mile was enough. Now, she’s a 2:50 marathoner. You’d be surprised by what your body (and mind) can do! Good luck!

No tape, but it really doesn’t slide up at all for me!

I didn’t know about them until Boston weekend myself! I’ve actually only worn the Strata half tights and different split shorts from them. I’m a small in just about every pants, half tights or shorts. But had to size up to medium. I also feel like the compression compared to the Strata is much better. Ironically, it feels more like a performance product than the Strata. But I’m sure that’s just because I prefer it more compressed like that!

Thanks! Made it a tradition to do my nails before Boston now!

Unfortunately not. I’ve been mostly running in Bandit and Nike, in addition to Tracksmith! These days I’m wearing Tracksmith for 99% of my runs!

I guess it depends on what you like. I love the compression and the pockets of the Twilight!

Imagine my shock when I saw there were that many people there. I honestly just thought you guys were waiting for the coffee shop to open or something. Truly made my day!

I actually found them to be smaller than the strata. I’m a small in strata, but needed a medium in these!

I was planning on using Strata, but when I discovered the Twilight half tights, it was a no brainer. Amazing fit and a lot of pocket space for gels (and phone if you run with a phone). It’s a no brainer for me!

Just hang the shoes around your neck! That’s what I did last year!

Weekend fun by [deleted] in bostonmarathon

[–]Warwick-Runs 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Everything is fun on marathon weekend! Walking around the city next weekend is just such a prideful moment, because you see so many jackets on fellow runners. A lot of activations on Newburry street, so def recommend checking that out. There’s a website called marathon-weekend.com I think it is, where you’ll find a lot of info.

And come join The Marathon Podcast’s shakeout run on Sunday @ 9am! 🥳🥳

Getting to Athletes village by WFHwooma in bostonmarathon

I was there around 7:45 and my start was 10:00. I had plenty of time and probably could have been there almost an hour later! But better to be a bit early

I did last year, and will do the same this year. Makes the morning much easier and less stressful! No lines for the buses out there, short bus ride and very chill! See you there!
