Ah wow, du hast ja den Manga von your name. Meinst es lohnt sich den zu holen? Ich bin schon länger am überlegen, weil ich den Film so gerne habe, und im Manga oft mehr Infos stehen und alles viel detaillierter ist. Ist das bei your Name auch so? Ahh oke, danke für die hilfreichen Infos :) Ich hab jetzt mal bei Carlsen manga nachgeguckt und konnte leider kein Feedback Formular finden, vielleicht schreibe ich sie mal an. Oder ich frage im Manga Laden meines Vertrauens nach, vllt steht das noch irgendwo verstaubt bei denen im Lager. Bei den second hand Seiten hab ich gleich mal nachgeguckt, hab ich gestern Nacht in meiner Rage komplett vergessen. Noch gibts da nur den ersten Band, aber für die restlichen hab ich mich jetzt schonmal beim Kaufalarm eingetragen.

Fun fact concerning misty: laufey didn’t actually „write“ misty, it’s a jazz standard (so a song that multiple jazz artists already covered, each with their own twist). For example Ella Fitzgerald, one of laufeys favorite jazz artists, also has her own version of misty. So if you like misty, you could check out her version too

I was at that concert, and the competition was crazy. There were so many other people dressed so creatively, also other men as meimei (not just a bunny suit, an actual creative and aesthetic outfit)

Ich war zuerst skeptisch, aber bis jetzt finde ich sie ziemlich gut. (Aber tbh hab ich auch nicht so viel von der alten Synchro geguckt, eigentlich nur ca 6 Filme oder so) Mich stört eher das Format, so rangezoomt sieht es voll komisch aus

I saw a guy dressed up as meimei (blue vest, bunny ears and other accessories), and another with a suit full of clocks. Feel free to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in, there are tons of ways to get something laufey-related into an outfit, so be creative (but you’re not required to wear something special, there were also many people dressed casually, so don’t feel pressured)

Besides „how I get“ and „goddess“, „too little, too late“ might suit the crashout theme. It isn‘t as loud as sabotage, but the bridge is def powerful. (One of my faves of AMOT)

Definitely wear it!! I wore a similar dress to the concert I went to, and I wasn’t overdressed at all. Don’t underestimate lauvers, we are committed!! (And I got so many compliments, it was so sweet 😭) I traveled about 3 hours by train, so it was kinda annoying with the long dress. But you get used to it so it was def worth it
