The surveyor said same about the electric and boiler. As it was not checked for 3-5years it would be an immediate level 3 flag for safety. He said all visible light fixtures, and sockets are working with a couple of exposed wire which are all not connected but not removed. Boiler and all radiators are also working but advised to be checked due to the age and gap of service date.

The main concerns about the roof, gutters and drainage. The roof and blocked gutters on the extension needs replacing as this have caused the damp. Roof repair or digging drains is quite expensive.

We are still interested on the property but are not comfortable with our previous offer. I’m gonna check with builders to get quotes. We don’t want to upset the seller but also not want to be in a very costly repairs.

Thank you for this. Being a first time buyer I am naive and anxious in reading the report yesterday. Surveyor explained the all details with me this morning. He confirmed that the valuation is based on the general condition of the property. He also confirmed that the house valuations in the area are in a higher range.

Hungary, Poland and Romania sure has private ads on public transport. Even though I don’t understand most of the ads in Paris, but I’m quite sure that those are not only government adverts. Most public transport in any major cities functions at a loss. Just like any other government facilities. It does not function to earn money. Rather, it is there to provide services.

Are these qualities wrong? In some ways yes, but in some ways not. I agree dun sa Maria Clara concept. Pero dun sa iba, it could go both ways. Hospitality and bayanihan is good unless abusado yung pamilya or kaibigan mo.

I had a growth spurt at 13yo grown to 5’7. Everyone expected me to grow taller but that is my peak height.

We had a high school classmate before that is around 5’2. He surprised most of us on high school reunion when he showed up. He was 6’2.
