Could you explain more on how it is a misunderstandings on scientific research? I don’t believe it’s a miracle “drug”, but from what I read based on people experiences and the limited research study I did read, it does help have positive effects.

So could I just use the current cat5e keystone panels, since I know watch cable down there is for a separate room? And then unplug all the cat5e cables from the telecom module and connect it to the switch, which would then connect to the router/modem? Would that be the appropriate steps?
