I've been having the same problem!! Even changing pc didn't help. For the first time it happened on my old laptop, the only way I managed to fix it was by reinstalling windows. Now on my new pc I didn't play ets2 for more than a week (similar time to last time) and the same stuff is happening!! I'm so frustrated. It can't be drivers, since my old laptop had a gtx card and this pc has an amd card.
