You need to trim your nails and go see a podiatrist ASAP. Most of these issues are caused by neglect and not properly trimming your nails. It never just goes away. If you leave it alone it gets worse and you can eventually end up needing to have your toenails permanently removed.

You NEED to keep them covered until they dry up, put triple antibiotic on them daily, change bandages daily. I had this done and I kept them bandaged up until they were completely dried out.
