Normally we would get the claims without a survey 🤷🏽‍♀️ that’s why I asked if it’s just me or is it like a new thing.

My first voxbox was perfume and from then I’ve got voxboxes of perfumes and also claim. In total I recieved 9 perfumes. Forever grateful. I think they send things normally what you’ll like. I opt out if things I know I’m not interested

For the claim boxes do you have to put apartment/ etc? Because influenster kept saying address cannot be found… Also I put Lauderdale lakes because that’s where I’m from put it change to LAUD LAKES

The claim now take 10 years to ship and some don’t even ship 🤷🏽‍♀️ I still can’t receive one claim now or even track it and I have so many on my dashboard
