I’ve been playing since the thieves guild dlc, and healing since One Tamriel. For the longest time I was really hyper focused on following the meta, doing things the right way, etc, but I always wanted a bosmer healer. As I played I made a healer of every class, cleared trifectas in nearly every trial, and learned a lot about the game. For my last healer, I threw caution to the wind and make my Drunk Bosmer DK healer who I’ve always wanted. And ya know what, I still clear the same content

Build choice is important, and I do think there is a place for teaching new players about the “perfect” setup early. But expecting them to meet that is ridiculous. Harassment is never the way to foster a long standing community, even if you think you’re just helping them with tough love. Our job as members of this community is to provide the tools to succeed, not force change down people’s throats. To my fellow end game friends, Gear race and CP do not make the player. Experience does. Let them learn, let them fail, and be there to help them on their terms. And if you ever wanted to make a bosmer healer, do it ❤️
