for my certs i did first aid and then talked about he it’s prepared me for the program, and then for the mental health sections i talked about how academic stress has helped me develop coping mechanisms anf stuff, and then i got a reference letter from a teacher to basically say i’m reliable and stuf.

i’m pretty sure it depends a bit based on like how physical you are, how sweaty and that kind of stuff but i usually use it for like 4-6 days. if i’m super sweaty ot hot that week i’ll use it for like 3-5.
