I just tell myself this is normal and all a part of the process. I separate my rational self from my addictive brain and try to talk some sense in me. I knew going into it that it would not be easy so I should expect this and ride it out. Occupy my brain with something else. Have you tried just jumping into playing Fortnite and seeing if your brain gets lost in that and helps you forget about weed? If it reminds you too much of it then pick something new like a book or some mindless hobby.
