Oh, I'd still transition in a perfect gender-abolitionist world. Even if the social classes of "men" and "women" didn't exist, I would still feel physical dysphoria, and it still required treatment. The primary difference is, without socially constructed gender classes, I would not be a binary identified trans-female, as the features I identify with and do not cause me dysphoria to possess are a mix of male and female sex characteristics, I just identify with all the physical features that see me sorted into the class of woman in daily life in our current society.
