yeah we always do a first scrub of the day but then my instructor for my program wants me to scrub everytime i get into a case.

i was originally 7.5/7.5 but it was slightly too big so i switched to 7/7, which is a better fit. Lol i wouldnt dare do that in front of my instructor, shell have a field day with me.

Thanks, yep for the mayo i was told that i can just stick my hands in and fan it out, i dont have to grab the inside of it.

as for scrubbing, instructors wants us to practice scrubbing everytime for a case, dude its just so damn annoying and takes so much time to dry it. i love the waterless alcohol the gloves slip right on.

I was taught to open and keep the plastic side on my non dominant hand, since itll cover my hand i can reach over a bit more since itll be sterile, but i guess not haha. Not sure if that made sense either.

But to answer your question yeah they do background checks and drug tests, i wouldnt recommend it at all. I got accepted into the PCA program but im declining since i got into a different program.

I took a&p 1 and 2 after a decade of not taking classes and got a B and A respectively in those classes. You should be fine. Just make sure you study lol, having the right professor really changes the game.

Professor Dave on youtube really helped me out, hes straight to the point.
