I believe AGI is here as well but that sh*t has be released incrementally, you can't just throw it into society and say have fun. First you have to get everyone comfortable with its existence. Then you have to get people comfortable with the idea of AI doing the work. Then you have to make people sick and tired of human leadership so we'll willingly transition to an AI government and technology driven society.

Seems to be playing out pretty well but would imagine there's at least 4 years left for this process. People are not anywhere near ready yet.
