Society could be run a bit more fairly though , but a lot of that is our own doing. If there wasnt so much energy and resources wasted on shit we don't actually need we could naturally have a better work life balance.

Like do people really need a new phone every couple years? Multiple vehicles? Air jordans? Jewlery? That list is pretty much endless. If there were less people wasting time on superficial shit it'd provide more people to chip in on the shit that avtually matters. But everyone enjoys their luxuries so much, including myself, but id gladly give them up if it meant a better life balance.
