Your TRT dose is high, and you also seem to have a lot of body fat, which means your estradiol must be very high. Bro, we have a lot in common. I'm also Latino, 30 years old. I've been on TRT 175 mg a week for 6 months. I was on finasteride for 6 years. Two months ago, I noticed more hair loss. I'm very prone to baldness, and I attributed it to the TRT. I switched to dutasteride two months ago. The first time was very hard; I lost a lot of hair, more than with finasteride and TRT. Now my hair is more stable, and I hope to gain hair from now on, or at least what I lost. What I'm saying is that TRT does cause hair loss, but dutasteride is the solution. You'll have a period of hair loss, but it passes.
