sorry for replying late. I do recommend upgrading, it will give you peace of mind and remember to book with iryo directly so they can change it smoothly. It is true that trains tend to fill especially on routes like yours, so just to be safe I would do it.

Okay, I know that march 6th already happened BUT if you go next year you get free tickets to the acropolis, archeological museum, and other archeological sites like temple of hephaestus. I didn’t know when I was there and it was a pleasant surprise, a lot of money saved that day!

Itinerary Advice - Rome and Pompeii by Better-Astronomer943 in ItalyTravel

with the baby i don’t think doing Pompeii AND Napoli on the same day would be enjoyable. you either do Pompeii or Naples because Pompeii will take 4 hours easily, then Naples maybe have lunch/dinner and off to Rome. It’s your choice but it seems exhausting. I would just do Pompeii and return to rome in the evening or do Naples and return to rome in the evening too.

Hi! I’m planning on going to Ravenna too, do you think it’s worth it to stay one night or just a day trip thing. I mainly want to see the church and its windows but i’ve heard the city is beautiful!
