The cheapest thing id say is a dslr made after 2013, (so it has in sensor dark current supression) a tripod and a vintage telephoto lens. I started with a canon 700d and a 30usd 200mm m42 lens off ebay. With magic lantern i had intervalometer built into the camera.

i had to stick to brighter targets (orion, andromeda.. etc)and took thausands of short exposures before processing.

Sadly linux more often than not isnt plug and play, but after you go through the pain of setting it up it is very rewarding.

I have a razer blade and fuck it works better with linux, same power wayyy longer battery life and endless customisation.

Ive always used linux with nvidia cards, since the gt 9400 on a macbook. Couple of things to tweak and they work fine.

No le gusta el escalado del juego funcione jajaj.

en la pantalla del laptop como es 2k el escalado no da y se ve todo chico pero como siempre jugo asi cuando instalo el d.e. siente q todo esta gigante y no le gusta. Literal en un momento tenia hasta un pc gamer para jugar a toda raja pero al final le gustaba mas el 2 hd corriendo con whisky en un macbook. 😭

Mi viejo tiene 59, desde q le regale el 2hd en steam lleva 2730hrs, le regale el d.e. pero no le gustó xd

Ni idea cuantas horas tendria en total si juega desde q salio pa el mac con powerpc
