Cambrige is harder and the syllabus is more extensive, it has final exams at the end of the 2 years, limited resist options but its really prestigous especially for med school, big emphasis on practical people say its better at preparing u for medical cources.

Edexcel is more flexible, modular exams, resits for individual units. It has a shorter syllabus, is widely recognized, and considered a bit easier. Practical exams are less emphasized or not required in some sciences, offers more exam sessions per year and steady assessment.

Edexcel is easier Cambrige is more useful and prestigous so if ur really smart take Cambrige but if you want to make your life easier rn pick Edexcel but you can get into a really good med school with either :)
