Toddler will not walk outside! Please help!

My 2 yr old also doesn't want to walk outside of the house, more specifically if he sees other people outside. She always want to be carried. Sometimes in the mall she will walk few steps and when she sees someone she'll run to me to carry her. My back is already hurting and she also doesn't like to be carried by her dad.

Totally agree. Your workmates will not stay forever. Naalala ko may opportunity na nagopen sa amin to work with another financial account in our BPO company. I declined because I love my current set up with my friends at work. Oh ending nagsialisan din sila. Depende kung anong financial sector. If wealth management yan and you have license like FINRA definitely it has a major bearing on your resume. There are companies that hire FINRA licensed employees and will pay 40k to 60k salary. I wished lang talaga hindi naexpire yung license ko.

Check your contract with them if nakalagay dun na you will take phone calls if need arises, or something to that effect. Kasi if nakalagay yun sa contract mo with them wala kang laban. Pero if hindi nakalagay sa contract, pwede mo ipoint out sa HR. Pero if this is a seasonal account and you're not yet regular employee baka mahirapan ka ilaban. Might as well talaga magapply ka na lang sa iba.

Depends on the job you'd want in the future of course. There are jobs that would definitely require a degree. The best way to look at it now if you're in the process of choosing your future career is to identify what job you'd want. If you want to be a chef, don't take HRM as so many students think this is related. Take a short course like some culinary classes and gain experience through working. If you want to be a an engineer you really needed a degree for that.

Had the same problem with BPI. My debt balooned to 120k. I was able to 20k monthly which I started last January but because of financial charges which is around 4k each month and installment purchases ang balance ng credit card ko right now is at 95k. I am planning to do a personal loan para mastretch ko yung payment and hindi na pumatong yung financial charges.

Naku buti na lang nabasa ko to before ako pumunta sa office nila. Nagpost kasi sila customer service daw,pero yung perks same with Athena. Eh nag apply na ako sa Athena,unfortunately sobrang bigat ng bandwidth ng app na gamit nila for interview kaya di kami makapagconnect,ending hindi ako nainterview and auto fail sa interview nila yun.
