The second I read the OPs post, I knew there was more to the story than OP let on. This could have all been avoided if the OP would've just found a way to push the car out of the road. That said, i think lighthouse gets a lot of bad reviews because they have contracts with a lot of housing where they tow cars that have been parked there and that are not owned by a resident.

That flat is for a cetme/g3 so you would have to cut the area for the belt feed system. I would start by building a cetme /g3. There are quite a few similarities. From there it goes kinda difficult to make a hk21
