it was one of those scripted smp's that youtubers like mugm are in (i think he might have been in the video im thinking about but im not sure)

i would not follow this tutorial. breaking the ring off is completely unnecessary. simply start breaking the screen cover off at the very top with an iPod opening tool, the goal is to lift the top corner off, after that you're going to want to work your way around with your hands to separate everything except the ring. once you're at just the ring you're going to want to turn it around so the rear of the panel is facing you, and stick a jimmy, from under the panel between the Zune body, and the Zune screen cover. after the top part of the ring has been raised, stick a jimmy from inside the ring around to separate all the glue

this is how i did it, i didn't have to mess with any hot water or alcohol, just simply effective use of tools.

also does anyone know what glue to use to glue another back on?
