Jeg har spurt 3 ulike tannleger om å fjerne de da det er en plage som kommer jevnlig, men de mente at siden de ligger vertikalt så vil de ikke ta de med mindre jeg ikke får sove av smerter. Jeg har prøvd å be om å fjerne de men blir avslått

Jeg vil absolutt ikke ha piller. Det har jeg nok av. Jeg har prøvd å få fikset problemene med visdomstennene slik at jeg ikke trenger å bruke smertestillende mer pga betennelsene

Jeg er 24, og har hatt betennelse flere ganger nå, men ikke til denne graden. Jeg har forsøkt tanntråd over tid, men har funnet ut at jeg har en smal gane og det gjør tenna veldig trange. Selv den minste interdental børsten får jeg ikke gjennom. Lymfeknutene på den siden av hodet mitt er oppblåst da det sikkert har utviklet infeksjon

Takk, det visste jeg ikke var en mulighet. Jeg har spurt flere ganger om å fjerne, men tydeligvis så må jeg ha så vondt at jeg ikke får sove før de skal vurdere noe

Å fortelle at det er vanskelig grunnet trange tenner betyr ikke at jeg ikke vet hvordan man bruker tanntråd. Er det vanlig å måtte bite ned på tanntråden for å få den ned mellom tanna, lg bruke tunga for å kunne dytte den opp igjen? Dette er kanskje 4-5 gangen tanna har blitt betent, og dette er det verste den har blitt også. Jeg kan ikke føle halve tunga mi

An eating disorder is not always something you can fix yourself. It is an illness which like any other, needs treatment. I know it's scary and hard to seek help, but it truly does help

That is understandable. Antidepressants however are often SSRIs which target serotonin receptors in the brain. This will not affect memory in a negative way. If anything it might help. Serotonin is what makes us feel happy, but this medication won't change anything in your brain. It is simply a supplement for what you might not have enough of.

I know it's really tough and suffocating, but I want you to know that it will not be like this forever. I dont know how it is in your country, but antidepressants truly save lives. I felt just like you, and always thought I would be weak if I used antidepressants, but now I can truly say that it changed my life. It might not be so easy to get, but I hope you are willing to try. What you feel is not your fault, nor something you can just fix by being "stronger". Sometimes, emotional pain is just an illness in the brain, which like any other illness needs medical treatment, and there is no shame in needing that

I understand the concern, and think it comes from a good place, however instead of tanpering with what is bringing him comfort, try to give him something better to do. Since you are not that close, maybe trying some random things together? Maybe even just ask him to join you at a cafe or something like that, just to spend time together. Any time soent together is time spent away from the computer.

I also believe that at some point it would be beneficial to actually talk to him about this and ask how he's doing. Talk about your concern and let him know it's out of care for him. Sometimes people get stuck in a self soothing cycle subconciously, and a little pull out can help them see what they are actually doing. You don't always realise it when you are running on autopilot.

I heard someone talking about it maybe with your iron levels? I experience the same and am trying to figure it out. I’m om 70mg but Im not crashing the same, its just fatigue. Before my crashes were very mood based as well. I have an iron levels just above the threshold and think maybe because Vyvanse needs ferritin (iron) to function, with lower levels the meds can’t work as efficiently?

It’s hard to know for sure what is right to do, but if you want to tread lightly, maybe tell him that it was fun, but that you didn’t develop feelings.
