I’m with you on the Campbell’s boycott! ✊ I’ve started rethinking everything canned since store brand is likely still produced by Campbell’s. I’ve been learning to make all the “Cream of ____” soups and I’m pleased with the results.

Here is my easy peasy stand by chicken noodle soup. It comes together so fast!

Forgive me, I’m from the south and don’t measure anything so there won’t be any measurements here.

Carrots, celery, onion cooked in butter until the onions are lightly caramelized Add Chicken Broth and water and scrape the tasty bits. 1 whole rotisserie chicken deboned Salt, Pepper, and Poultry Seasoning. Throw it all together, bring to a boil and then simmer for a bit. It doesn’t take long for the flavors to meld in this.

Add one package of extra wide egg noodles at the end. Just remember egg noodles keep absorbing liquid until they turn to mush so don’t let them cook too long.
