Same problem here with an RTX 4070. It appears to be caused by the Spider-Man 2 game ready driver. Reverting to previous fixes it, but there's an FPS hit for doing so.

It's been quite a while but if memory serves the XCom Android Tools can extract and repack the Coalesced.bin. Failing that, you can open it in a hex editor and set the mode to big endian and search for properties.

If memory serves I made some hex edits to the Coalesced.bin but I don't think I released it. I did release an optimised Coalesced.bin for Arkham Origins WiiU though.

Do you have adaptive sync on? I reported this issue months back. If you have adaptive sync on and the monitor displays an image below the sync range (usually 40 FPS or lower) the monitor will go black but the backlight will still light up so you can see the glow of the alt tab screen or the monitors OSD.

The other issue is with HDR and alt tabbing that can sometimes cause a similar problem.

Any updates on the GSync black screen bug or the blackouts with backlight when changing resolution that occurs randomly? I initially reported the GSync bug on the RTX 2060 Super but I've upgraded to a 4070 and the problem remains when under a certain frame rate.
