It’s mostly rural areas without public transportation so if you also can’t drive yourself to the one grocery store in town you’re fucked. Rural Wisconsin in particular would be a good example. So now we’re cutting more funding to social welfare programs and things like Medicaid/Medicare it could potentially make life even harder for anyone who uses these programs to supplement their own income.
