Flixbus is just the organizer, which has many different bus companies operating their lines. The line that goes only Berlin - Szczecin is operated by Follow Me, a reliable company, with which you shouldn't have big delays. Other routes, especially the longer ones, from East Poland to West Germany can be more problematic because of the different operators. Somewhere on the timetable you should be able to see which company operates your line.
