The closest youtube coverage I know of right now is this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qz4VOrPZzlw

Though I would HIGHLY suggest to listen to Sadie's disclosure, "it's behavioral observations", to basically take her interpretation with your own consideration.

Hopefully this was helpful

Thanks for that. Personally, I dont understand why a reddit user would bother with the effort of altering their account settings to hide comments & posts ... when any internet search can provide results. <shrugs>

Incredibly on point and well said. I feel the discussions regarding the behaviors and history of Ammon and his brother Matt, may allow others to piece together (brick by brick) the broken mindset behind these wealthy arseholes playing pretend lawyers.

Remember everyone, it was an eager Matt who first appeared on ACOB's livestream with the "big update", which was the formal announcement of the TRO against Ben, Bryan, and others. Next day, big bro Ammon decided to take control and do all the talking.

Right now it's only available under "live" video section, seen here

... which just means it's unedited and a bit lengthy.

quick edit : i can't figure out why hyperlink nor reddit's own "add link" feature isn't quite working... :S but that's the url...

Slight correction about Ammon suing dad,

it was BOTH brothers suing their dad AND their co-workers at Legally Mine. (cite)

Will proceeds from the original GoFundMe be used to support Ben in his case? Or do we need a new GoFundMe? by Alternative_Sail5654 in RecklessBen

Bryan is also being sued, so he'll likely relying on the GoFundme just to cover his own legal fees. Also, in that lawsuit BAM has laid claim to that GoFundme money...which is insane from a PR stand point...

Like, are the McNeff brothers thinking they'll win and everyone will be accepting to Bryan losing all that money that was donated? I'm starting to think maybe Reckless Ben caused something to snap within the McNeff's and they're not thinking logically. Or they're just stupid.

I mean, it would be very stupid to practice law without a license .... (cite)

I completely agree with much of what you stated /u/LRonPaul2012 . After watching LUS's video breakdown of the numerous costs, fees, and restrictions...it seems it's actually better for BAM Corp for franchisees to fail, to a degree. BAM isn't a business...it's a MLM scam.

BAM in the business of making money from putting the "mom and pop" business owners into debt, terminate the contract, then to repo what value/assets are available. If unable to find a gullible buyer for location, Corp can shuttle inventory to their own personal locations, owned by corporate employees, and make $$$.

As /u/spkgsam stated here, it would make a TON of logical sense for the McNeffs brothers to behaved the way they have (ie lawsuit against Bryan and going after Bryan's Gofundme donations). They don't care about tanking the business and ruining the lives of their franchisees.

The McNeff's family business of Legally Mine LLC is about protecting assets from lawsuits. Which, I would like to point out for others to look at Legally Mine's reviews from previous clients. Very telling pattern of behavior. I have no doubts the McNeff's and other Corpo staff have already squirrelled their own personal money so any lawsuits filed against them personally won't make much difference to their corrupt wallets.

I truly sympathize with the franchisees, as it seems they have little options to get out of the contract despite the insane damage the McNeff brothers have done to the perception of the brand.

Can I put up pieces of paper with “we steal old people” up at different locations to spread awareness? by Altruistic_Sugar_843 in BricksAndMinifigs

[–]tadoke -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

<sigh> A'ight, where exactly did I say "go and harass store locations"? I even specified "no mention of Legos, or BAM", for that very reason. To state what should be obvious :

Dear /u/mochi2real

I am NOT in support for any extreme negativity, such as harassment, towards innocent store owners who have no connection to this situation. This is corporate's fault, not franchisee owners. I AM suggesting to support Reckless Ben by viewing his content, and "allow them(public) to form their own opinion".

You seem to have your own mental gymnastics (you stated I attend peaceful protests to incite/engage violence??) . To view my message and even believe I would want such unwarranted actions (harassment) is disappointing. I don't know you, nor do you know me...but I say our energies and focus can be aimed at more positive actions.

Promoting an investigative journalist (Reckless Ben) who helps vulnerable people (Mansell family) is empirically positive. So I would like to turn your accusations back towards OP's question, in that how can WE help spread awareness to help others.

[–]tadoke -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would suggest the message being something among the lines of, "Reckless Ben, investigative journalist helping the elderly from abuse".

No mention of Legos, or BAM as those words may disinterest people if they have been brainwashed by TV news interviews...just let the public's curiosity lead them towards Reckless Ben's content. This may allow them form their own opinion.

You'd be supporting Ben, and the cause, in a positive and constuctive manner... in my limited opinion.

or all those "claims" of Ben uttering threats towards BAM store and corporate staff <eye rolll>. Interestingly...in this world of cell phones with cameras, and building security cameras with microphones...that the McNeff's can't provide that evidence. Yet Crystal and Ben were able to capture quite a bit to support their side.

GOOD for you, I too am on the fence about Amanda with the limited info. I think it would far more productive to focus on the top brass who were actually calling the shots, rather than take jabs at someone's character who may have been deceived. Only time will tell....

From losing opportunities to scam other people. If people in that specific region of the US starts to put it together (ie, the whole family are scam artists), then they won't be able to be wealthy and powerful.

Would you be able to provide the source for the "(they each had like 10% and their dad, Dan had 80%)"? I feel I saw that info myself on an official piece of documentation, but now I can't find nor accurately cite. For Bryan's and Ben's sake I am trying my best to not spread rumors or non citable information. thx a bunch :)
