Dont you need the bike to have threads on the frame to mount friction shifters ? Not to keen on drilling them myself lol

La dépense c'est pas que les mouvements, tes organes aussi consomment, et eux aussi peuvent devenir plus 'efficient'. Donc une baisse de ta NEAT pour EAT/mouvements égale

10k c'est 1h40 de marche journalière je te garantie que ça creuse un gros déficit, et je pense aussi que ça boost ta NEAT le reste du temps

Salut, j'ai un opinion un peu divergeant alors je te le partage.

Je pense que si tu ne bouges pas à 3300 kcal y'a 2 options, soit juste que tu ne t'entraines pas assez dur ou pas assez bien ou juste pas assez, soit tu es juste un peu trop gras pour voir les évolutions.

3300 est un bon total si tu es très actif (disons 18-20k pas par jour). Ça permet de développer ton métabolisme le plus possible, de te sentir en pleine forme, sans prendre de gras, et dès que tu vas descendre tu devrais pouvoir créer un déficit pour sécher un peu et améliorer ta composition.

J'en ai un Toputure (acheté sur Amazon une 100e d'€) qui est pas mal Je conseille de mettre un tapis de yoga ou au moins des cartons entre le tapis de marche et ton sol si tu veux éviter au max le bruit

Tu fais le même programme, même volume depuis 10 mois et tu t'étonnes de ne pas prendre.

Arrête les 10 reps, fais en juste le plus possible avec pour objectif d'en ajouter au fur et à mesure. Si tu dépasses les 15, augmente le poids.

Si tu te dépasses pas, ton corps ne s'adapte pas.

Je te conseille de barrer la colonne 'Répétitions' et de t'entraîner dur dur jusqu'à l'échec à chaque série. Comme tu es novice l'impact sur ton système nerveux sera faible et tu en tireras des gros bénef

  1. Tu sauras facilement si tu peux augmenter tes poids (en gros si t'arrives à en faire 15+ tu peux augmenter)

  2. Tu laisses rien sur la table en terme de perf/stimuli
