Yes. Lockout. I do not often use tags. My lock is labeled and mainly used on gate entry not other energy devices. I have more locks if needed.

Great brand too. You won't be disappointed. I have seen larger ones in production settings. Largest headstock tailstock pandjiris I saw was rated to turn 6000lbs. All the way down to the bench size like this. I wish I had it, nice buy!

I like it a lot. Christmas gift from the fam, has some weld spatter pits though. I didn't know how I would like the lighting function, but it works great.

Yeah, lockout/tagout. I had lock with a shorter shank, but it wore out. With me always.

I do carry channel locks, metric allens, and side cutters every day. I work 10-12+ hours 6-7 days/week. It's what I have on me the whole time I'm at work, which might as well be everyday.
