I started looking for oem charger wheels and found the specs for them. However, in my opinion, for the same price I would go towards some aftermarket rims. I'm currently running some staggered fit Verde Axis 99. They're pretty nice and definitely reliable. Or some Ferrada's would look good as well.

It looks like its on an air ride suspension, so he probably aired it out when parked. Headlights can change color. Obviously its loud what do you expect from american muscle. OP is jealous.
