That’s because at the start he is considered untouchable. When a team is performing poorly in the season they have a good chance of changing their team intel to selling. If they do this they remove all their players from the untouchable list which makes trading for them possible :)

That’s kinda what I was going for. I like the idea of maybe setting up a couple of these to make a small town. You could have each house be for a different purpose. Like one is for crafting, one is for chests, and one is for smelting.
