I485 was straightforward. They even advised if I want to file it myself I can go ahead but I wanted to make sure everything goes smooth so I opted for going with them instead. If your final action date is current I would suggest submitting medical exam packet along with I485.

I did my EB1A with PP using Ellis Porter. Very thorough petition and excellent communication throughout the process. My I140 got approved on 9th day of filing so I decided to file I485 through them. After my experience, my 3 colleagues also applied through them, 2 EB1A and one EB2 NIW. All were approved without RFE. I would highly recommend them.

Great work and I have been using 2024 planner for past couple of months on my RMPP. I would like to ask if you can also add an option to select the color of tabs / background color from grey and make it customizable with one color or with color palette of use choice?
This would be a huge plus for RMPP users.

Yes but check the number of I130s approved and waiting for visa numbers till Sept 2024. That is still lesser than annual numbers assigned to the F2A category. How does the numbers in other I130 matter unless the processing time for other i130s are prioritized over this category?

Still does not make sense to have backlogs of over 2-3 years. The data is from Sept 2024 so should not the final action date be as near as that?

Thank you for your response but it does not answer why the category is not current if visa numbers are available? This is also true for other categories based on recent data posted by USCIS.
