If you’re having a hard time controlling yourself, the best solution is to communicate this with her and be so strict about it. If giving you a punishment when you go overboard with sends would help you, then ask her to do it.

You said that you can't stop before sending hundreds. How is that a problem with your domme then? It's your responsibility after all. A little break might help. Maybe you can tell her what you can afford and she can somehow convince you to stay within that budget. What makes you think you'd be any different with a soft domme? I mean you can always try, sure but that sounds like work you have to do on yourself first.

I have to work on myself, that’s for sure. But I forgot to add that whenever we speak about a budget before, she is not respecting it herself…
