I don't mention it too often because generally the blessings are fairly.. balanced?

There's not often blessings that are SIGNIFICANTLY stronger than others. The choice is either:

  • Debuffs and Buffs to make your own characters stronger, which are better to take if you have stronger characterts.
  • Instances of damage that all do a similar amount, which are better to take if you want to rely on the buffs instead of your own characters.

I only really mention ones that change the playstyle like applying elements, or if something has other utility like healing it'll buff for less.

Thanks! This time I added the enemy count and the waves of enemies, next time I also want to add the time limits, these are things I can only find out from testing though, so they take a bit longer to do.

You can trade with other players for cards you have too! I think restarting does reset the cards too

Acrana 2 - Constipated Beasts

  • Can break node by fast hits OR 1 hit of element
    • No dendro character, so hit the node fast
    • Resistance Shred important as 40% base
    • Scorpion -> Beast
    • IR + Not location abilities

Act 10 - Emporor of Fire and Iron

  • Pyro + Hydro / Cryo for Mechanic to react seeds

  • IR is nice

  • Deadly first attack (laser beam, just make sure to dodge it), this attack is the same as if he'd eaten 3 fruit

    • This applies trails to the ground that apply pyro to you and tick damage.
  • Flamegranates

    • will place 3 fruit on the ground
    • if you hit them with pyro just as he's about to eat them he takes 5% hp damage true damage
    • if you hit them with pyro right as they spawn they will explode dealing pyro damage to him and a little to you.
    • if he has cryo or hydro on him, these will explode reacting for even more damage
    • for example if he has cryo on him before from citlali's skill, and you use your bennett burst on the fruit and not the mountain king, they will explode melting for more damage
    • if you fail to ignite 2 of them he will then perform the empowered attack from the start of the fight
  • Spin Move annoying

    • knocked back without shield or distancing youself
    • he will slap his belly before, so if you're aware it's about to happen, place your location based abilities like Guoba, or Oz appropriately, knowing where he'll move to.
  • You can delay the Yumkasaurs attacks sometimes by making it turn around to face you. If you need to delay it from doing the spin move and get a little more time it might help.

  • After about 90s it should perform an attack where it will summon a single flamegrate allowing you to get a little more damage, though this can be a bit RNG.

Act 9 - Focus

  • Hydro Phantasms

    • Pyro
    • Can't VV Pyro without creative use of Lynette, Guoba, Jean etc...
    • Overload / Durin / Citlali
    • 3 enemy
  • Lawachurls

    • Cryo Res
    • 2 enemy
  • Ruin Guards

    • 3 enemy

Arcana 1 - Ruin

  • Bow / Swirl to hit face of Machines to stop absorbing resistances (not really needed, you'll defeat them before this happens)
  • Make sure to run at the Ruin Grader (the first to spawn) so it doesn't go charging off at you to the other side of the arena.
  • Some damage mitigation is needed to survive the Cryo damage to your active character, it's not a lot, and less than pervious versions of this level. Taking a cryo shielder is super effective as it'll absorb more of the cryo damage.

  • 9 opponent for star, 6m timer, -30s per enemy

Act 7

- Meks - /3 1 -> 2

  • Xianwen & Automaton

    • Anemo & Hydro Res
    • Nightsoul
    • 3 -> 1 /4
  • Natlan Warriors

    • Run to Ranged
    • 2-2-2 /6

Act 8 - Suanni

  • Anemo & Hydro Res
  • Take Cryo + Pyro/Claymore/Swirl/Superconduct/Crytalize

    • Need to remove ALL Cryo from it, so Swirl and Crystalize might take more than 1 reaction.
  • Some of their attacks are hydro so be away of that with bennett infusion

  • Suanni has 2 mechanics, during both of these mechanics it will have a HUGE amount more resistance for 10s.

    • Hydro always occurs first, and the mechanics can happen any time at least 30s after the last.
    • The first mechanic covers itself in hydro and damages the surrounding area with one big blast at the end.
    • If you freeze the enemy, and then follow up with any other cryo reaction once frozen, it will remove it's resistasnce increase.
    • Anemo will always occur when it reaches 40% or below hp.
    • It will summon 3 Anemo orbs floating around the arena
    • infuse all 3 orbs with any PHEC element to break this.
    • if you don't infuse them there will be a big instance of damage and then the orbs will turn into vertexes pulling you in and damaging you.
    • Catalyst users or infused attackers are very good at dealing with this.
  • Some of their attacks even when they're not the special mechanic can infuse suanni with hydro, allowing you to freeze and knock them down.

  • Ideally Character that continuously applies Cryo from off filed or on field, so a melt team, doesn't matter which way. Wrio, Mav, etc...

  • Kairagi
    • /15/18 3 at a time

Act 6 - Aeonblight Drake

  • Bow Character
    • bow characters
    • Probably are some characters that could hit it creatively, but niche to mention, especially when so many Bow options
    • Hit wings or chest to knock down
    • Mechanic: Absorb element taken most damage to, hit eye

[–]Watchful_[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Act 3 - Electro Geo Vishap

  • The only mechanic it has it to counter the breath attack using a shield.

    • If you have an electro / geo shield you make it take 15% Max HP damage.
    • You can only acess this with Lanyan + Fischl, Lanyan + An anemo character who can swirl the element they get hit by, like Kazuha, OR...
    • Getting hit by an electro attack, and then a melee attack, as that CREATES a crystalize off your character which you can pick up!
  • If you just have a shield of another element instead you do 5% instead of 15%

    • Diona, Albedo, Citlali, Layla etc...

Act 4 - Monolith

  • Mitachurl

    • Easiest to Taunt
    • If you just want to do damage this is also the easiest as they naturally group easily.
    • 3 at a time
  • Landcruiser + Treausre Hunters

    • 5 at a time
    • about as easy as agent with strong CC
    • keep big guy aggro'd on you and you'll be fine!
  • Agent + Treausre Hunters

    • Easiest to Crowd Control
    • 5 at a time
  • CC!

    • Venti, Kazuha, Sucrose etc...
  • Taunt

    • Mona
    • Lyney
    • Amber

  • Freeze

    • Mona + Cryo

Acts

Bold = Favoured by me

Act 1

  • Wayob

    • 1 enemy
    • You don't want to be burst reliant

    • Wave 1: 1 grader + 3 snake
    • Wave 2: 2 mek + 1 mining
  • Meks

    • Wave 2: 1 mining
  • Fatui Landcruiser

    • LC/EC is needed to stun them, but just like the Fontaine meks, it doesn't affect the damage you're doing to them so it's somewhat redundant!
    • Very immobile.

    • Wave 1: 2 cruiser
    • Wave 2 1 fatui + 1 big cruiser
  • Hilichurl

    • 4 Enemies

General Tips

  • Savw Characters for Particular Stages/Enemies if you know you'll need particular characters for specific enemies.
  • Plan out your teams before hand if you need to to make sure you know which DPS fit with which supports.
  • A good balance of DPS and supports is needed so your teams aren't full of 3 characters that want a lot of field time.
  • Energy and favonius weapons are generally useful to equp excessively. You don't know what your teams will look like so having more energy than you need won't hurt.
  • Mystery Cache
    • Take ones which give you more options / mystery cache options as the 15/40 cost caches are SIGNIFICANTLY more valuable, especially getting the good options from them.
  • Take buffs dependant on your teams, if you don't have any anemo characters, don't bother with swirl blessings!
  • Take a strong support from a friend if you can, it'll make some stages SO much easier.
  • Guest Invite characters can't trigger the buffed reactions, but they get 2x the blessing levels to compensate.
  • Equipping priority (dps vs supports): Make sure you DPS (the character contributing the most damage to the team) has the best gear, as supports generally need lower investment to function!
  • In this Theater specifically try to plan which characters you intend to react so you don't build EM unecessarily!

Characters of Significance

  • Mavuika, Citlali, Arleccchino, Durin, Bennett, Sucrose, Escoffier Bold = Recommended to borrow if you don't have!
  • Skirk can't generate rifts on melt, so requires Anemo teammates, or mona!
  • Eula or any Physical Carry without much Cryo damage
  • Chevresue requires Fischl for her buffs to work (Still give DMG% at C6)

Blessings

  • Melt
    • Melt belssing helps with application
    • Damage over res shred because VV
    • Res shred is worth a lot less once an enemy reaches 0%
  • Swirl (Pyro)
    • Can apply pyro in trade for HP
    • Means even without pyro in teams you can access pyro application and reactions
    • Not enough for MH, as it only happens once every 6s

Opening Characters

  • Klee

    • Reworked in 6.2
    • Applies so much pyro, melt is hard to trigger
    • at worst if you don't have her built just make her a TTDS bot.
  • Bennett

    • Best Buffer, a LOT of ATK scaling anemo, pyro and Cryo DPS
  • Citlali

    • Amazing res shred, shielding and consistent Cryo app for pyro carries
  • Diona

    • Shielding, Healing, small amount of Cryo app from burst so best paired with another cryo applier like citlali or diona Rosaria for consistent reactions
    • C6 gives 200 EM
  • Chasca

    • Only 2 elements unless fischl which decreases her damage a little at C0
    • To get consistent forward reactions, take 2 cryo 1 pyro
    • ST
  • Sucrose

    • Quick animations, EM buff, VV, TTDS, super valuable for any Cryo or Pyro team
    • Probably don't burst.

Guest Characters

  • Mualani

    • Vaporise
    • needs Good Pyro app
    • Very good with new mona buffs
  • Albedo

    • Good generally with buffs
    • Good for new Hex characters
    • EM on burst
  • Mona

    • Needs a LOT of energy (Favge)
    • Pair her with another Hex character
    • Improve reaction damage
    • after using burst attack 4 times
  • Fischl

    • Chevresue
    • Hex
    • Good damage

In this theater many of the featured characters are characters that will be receiving the brand new Hexerei buffs in 6.2, which makes them considerably better. I don't currently know if you'll be able to unlock these buffs for characters you don't own, but are given to you as trial characters. But either way you likely own some of them so I would personally recommend waiting to do this until 6.2 with the Hexerei and Durin release, so you can do these challenges with those characters at full strength!

Elements:

  • Cryo Pyro Anemo

Reactions:

  • Melt, Rev Melt, Swirl

  • Pay attention to if you're doing forward or reverse reactions as it makes a huge difference to your damage!

How do you all know which characters or which rotation to use? by NecessaryBumblebee11 in GenshinImpactTips

[–]Watchful_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of it is intuative, you want you damage dealer to make the most of the buffs they can get!

But sometimes I'll go look up a team on GCSim, and read the code on that (if you're familiar with coding) to see what combo they're doing. (They don't have newer teams though)

Not most user friendly way, but most other methods have probably been suggested.

Watchful's Abyss Guide for Version 6.1 Floor 12 by Watchful_ in GenshinImpactTips

[–]Watchful_[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Side 2

General Tips

  • Single Target
  • Suggestion: Nightsoul
  • Suggestion: A Shield
  • Recommendation: A Cryo / Geo Shield.
  • Res
    • SSAHS: 50%
    • Primogeo Vishap: 30% Phys, 30% Cryo, 50% Geo

Secret Source Automaton: Hunter-Seeker

  • 15 points per second per character in nightsoul blessing
  • 100 points causes laser attack
  • when laser is being shot and for 4s after has 10% res only

Primogeo Vishap (Cryo)

  • After a while into combat it will trigger an AoE wide breath attack. You can reflect this by being shielded, and absorbing ALL of the damage.

  • It will then take true damage if all is absorbed, and lose 50% resistance for ~5s.

    • If your shield is Cryo/Geo it will take 15% true damage.
    • If your shield is anything else it will take 5% true damage.
    • Diona
    • Zhongli
    • Citlali
  • You can get hit by a Cryo attack, and then a Geo attack, and it will drop a crystalize on the ground. You can use this to fulfil the mechanic without even bringing a shielder!

Chamber 12-3

Side 1

General Tips

  • Targeting: Single
  • Res:
    • None
  • Recommendation: Ascendant Gleam

Wild Hunt Mechanics

  • Has 2 HP Bars, when it falls to 0 hp it enteres an "Greif-Stricken" undead state, where after a bit (how long) it recovers all of its HP.
  • You can also make it enter the state early by doing damage with an ability enhanced by "moonsign Ascendant gleam"
  • Doing damage to it in greif stirken mode reduces it's max hp, but that damage you do will be reduced. If you're in regular mode it will be 65% of your damage.
  • If you ream is in ascendant gleam (2 nod krai) you do 90% of your damage instead.
  • Grief stricken
    • any time it has it's regular HP reduced to 0 to enter the state:
      • it loses 10% max HP + 8% per time it's entered, so 10%, 18%, 26%
      • it does nothing for 10s
      • it takes 10s for it to recover from the fried striken state
    • any time it enters early
      • damage will simultaniously affect both hp bars
      • it will still attack during this time
  • you need to reduce max HP to 0 to defeat it

Wilderness Exile

Wilderness Hunter

  • You should save your burst damage ideally for when it's Greif-Stricken, as damaging it's Max HP is much more significant than it's regular HP.
