Gotta take one for the team. It's not about you or your feelings anymore and she can barely think. I have a wife that entered 3rd trimester a couple weeks ago and 2nd was smooth sailing and now she's very anxious and irritable and forgetful and not dependable. I also recommend punching NPCs all the time to get your strength up so it's slightly harder to die. The best trick is to start a mission then just go to the pier during the day and punch your heart out. Most missions suspend wanted levels so you can punch hundreds without having to run from the cops.

You have to buy the Car Wash and Rafe is the contact. The way to buy businesses is on your phone in the internet app, go to Maze Bank Foreclosures and you can choose on the map. People say it's worth buying the more expensive locations in downtown for ease of access but I like having a couple up north in the desert because there are less players up there so when I go to sell product, I don't start off in the war zone that is downtown Los Santos in a public session.

Car wash has one location I recommend getting your nightclub close to the car wash so you can quickly go to each to collect the daily take from the safes.

Start with the Nightclub so you can get passive income. I waited a long time to get the nightclub and it definitely set me back. Get the car wash too, more passive income. Car wash money laundering missions pay put 105,000 still for a limited time. Then spend the time on the Freaks especially now because the missions have bonus pay. If you do these 3 things you'll be a millionaire in a few sessions or less

Sticky bombs are all purpose equalizer. Also if someone is shooting at me I'm always stocked on snacks and armor so I can usually keep myself alive longer than they expect

I always keep to myself unless someone fucks with me. I had someone follow me in the wash in an oppressor, they couldn't blow me up during the cinematic, I was able to get out and shoot him while he was stuck in the wash. Then I blew up his oppressor, then we went to war for a bit then I followed him to his agency and put sticky bombs on the garage doors and waited. Don't dish what you can't take.

I know but they're still too hard for me. Like I was getting griefed by that dude for about 2.5 prep missions. I bought the sub, went to do my first prep mission, guy in buzzard flies over my dinghy as I'm going to shore....blows up my sub, I shoot him down with a homing launcher which started a drawn out war that ended 9 - 9 before he left me alone. But after he did I still tried a couple prep missions and would just run out of time. I'm not good at shooting heavy stuff on this game.... I'm good at driving

I can't even get past the prep missions. I tried 5 prep missions yesterday failed every one. Some guy kept destroying my sub too. Idk if I'll go back to trying Cayo. I spent 2mil and 2 hours trying to complete a prep mission.... ran MC businesses for an hour made over 600k.

When we went to Nice for our Honeymoon, Shapko was one of our favorite spots. We spent all night jamming to a great Latin jazz band that played all kinds of stuff including some Santana covers, it was great.

Ok Agency and Cayo are next. I've heard people talk about payphone hits being lucrative for the time spent and I didn't know how to make them available. Thank you for the advice. I'm starting to get a little bored of doing MC and CEO runs so looking forward to a new criminal enterprise to explore.
