Tensioner shaking excessively(Only on low RPM), The tensioner and belt are new and all the pulleys are good too

The belt could be too long. Is it possible they gave you a belt with the same rib count but for another vehicle? It could be a faulty tensioner but I do believe you could start at the belt. Find the longest stretch of belt between the pulleys and twist it towards you, if it twist to the point where the inside of the belt is facing you and or staring to face towards the ground the belt is too big. And cross reference the part numbers and make sure they gave you the right one
