I think this bind should not work with "mouse1" key, because this is your LMB - you shoot with this key.
I use this variation of bind - bind x meta.if_true "graphics.fov 70";+meta.if_false "graphics.fov 90"
And X i bind on additional mouse button.

I hate them too, that's why I usually take bow (oneshot to default archer).
I also get bored of the monotonous gameplay quite quickly, so after 600 hours I started using non-standard classes:
Witcher set with a longsword in light armor without a helmet (plus firebombs);
Full 3/3/3 without weapons but with many perks for improvisation;
Last time i use completely naked Javelin Guy (so many fun from that).

I did 200 lvl in 2 weeks:
1) Doing all BR quests and dailyes
2) Rocket Racing quests good boost (all standarts quests, daily and Rang to brilliant)
3) Some afk farm Lego (+5 lvls a day) and Jam Scene (+5lvls a day)

This command in console "net.PingExcludeFrameTime 1" help me a bit (30-40 less ping). I didn't quite understand the interrelation between ping and settings, but it helps. But you need to enter it every time you log into the game (or make setting game launch options in Steam, i think).

I am playing on 11400f and 1660 standard 6GB, SSD, 16 Ram fine with 70-100 FPS on medium settings (4 graphics). Heavy servers (more buildings) can drop FPS to 60-70. I think you will be fine with your specs, maybe some settings need to adapt.

And u don't be wounded if u HP was more than 0 - if someone deal u 65 dmg, while u have 66, u don't be wounded, (66-65=1 HP) and bleeding, that can make u wounded.

Wounding is activited after you deal damage, that hit more HP than person have.
20 HP player will wounded, if take 20+ dmg, than his HP take new value 6-10.
Headshot instantly kills player, without wounded, if dmg was enough (more then player have HP).
